Legal Strategist Won our Cause with Quick Thinking–and Kindness

My company’s domain name was being held in the name of a designer we’d hired years ago. It was time to take control of it. The designer lived 1,000 miles away, and wasn’t responding to our (nice) multiple voicemails and emails (which we’d been leaving for 6 months!). We hired Andrew to write a simple letter asking him to transfer the domain. He got the job done in 4 days–and used the strategy of asking nicely, having extreme empathy, being firm, and listening.
